First, find out what applies to you
In immigration matters, the most expensive mistake is filing the wrong application. That is why we always start by assessing your situation: your nationality, how and when you arrived, where you stand now, your family, your studies and your work. With that, we tell you which routes are open to you, which one we recommend and which documents you will need.
You receive an engagement letter with the full list of documents and a fixed fee, and we do not file the application until the file is complete and has been checked.
For employers
If you want to hire a foreign national, we explain which permit they need, what the company has to provide and how the contract fits with the collective agreement. We coordinate the immigration procedure with the Social Security registration so that everything is in place on time.
Frequently asked questions
I have been living in Spain for some time without papers. Can I regularise my status?
It depends on how long you have been here, your family situation, your training and whether you have a job offer. There are several forms of arraigo, each with different requirements. Tell us about your case and we will tell you what your options are.
My TIE is about to expire. When do I need to renew it?
There is a period for applying for renewal before the card expires, and a later period during which you may be fined. Do not leave it to the last minute: get in touch as soon as you see the date approaching.
I am married to a Spanish national. Which card am I entitled to?
Family members of Spanish and EU citizens have their own set of rules. We review your situation and prepare the application for the card that applies to you.
