Annual accounts without defects
Before filing your accounts with the Companies Registry, we review them point by point so they are not sent back with defects. If the Registry rejects them, we prepare the corrections and file them again.
Setting up a company
First we help you decide whether a company is right for you or whether you should stay self-employed. If a company is the answer, we choose the proposed names with you, apply for the name-availability certificate (certificación negativa) from the Central Companies Registry (Registro Mercantil Central), draft the articles of association and handle the incorporation, online through the CIRCE system where possible or through the standard route before a notary.
Frequently asked questions
When do the annual accounts have to be filed?
The accounts must be approved by the shareholders' general meeting within six months of the financial year-end and filed with the Companies Registry within the month following their approval. We remind you of each step in good time.
One of the partners does not have an NIE. Can we still set up the company?
Foreign shareholders and directors need an NIE (the identification number for foreign nationals in Spain). If they do not have one, we apply for it as part of the incorporation process.
